Who am I?
I have been a workplace coach for over 20 years, across multiple sectors in the UK and internationally. Some of my clients’ logos are shown below. I help individuals perform to their potential whether in an interview, giving a presentation or simply thriving in the workplace.
As my own daughter started to apply for jobs and friends were returning to work after having a break or wanting to change careers, I realised there is a whole group of people out there who do not have ready access to professional help and advice to navigate the recruitment and selection process. Will my session with you be recorded?
No, I do not normally record sessions
What will I need to tell you?
I will ask you to email over any recruitment literature from the company you are applying to, together with your current CV.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients have 1 or 2 x 40-minutes sessions
Will I need to prepare for my sessions with you?
If you have had a free 15-minute consultation and have then decided to proceed with a full 40-minute session I will ask you to prepare some answers to some typical interview questions for the level of job you are aspiring to get, however, most of the work you will do with me will be; ‘in the moment’. Indeed, the whole idea of these sessions is to teach you strategies to perform well ‘live’.

I will give you a tailored list of Do’s and Don’ts to help you prepare and succeed in your next interview.
